(Part 1 of 2)
December 6, 2024
9:00 - 10:30 AM PTÂ |Â 12:00 - 1:30 PM ET
Description:
Together, we will explore practical strategies to manage stress and restore balance. By incorporating mindfulness, meditation, a positive mental outlook, and other practices like hydration, exercise, movement, and prioritizing sleep, we can break free from this cycle. Participants will also learn the importance of nutrition and supplements in maintaining vitality. Through interactive discussion, we’ll empower each other to lead with clarity and strength, fostering a ripple effect of well-being that reaches both ourselves and our communities. Join us as we move from stress to strength, stepping into leadership with renewed health and purpose.
- Part 2 picks up right where Part 1 left off! Dr. Selassie suggests that for the best experience with Part 2, you should have either joined us for Part 1 or caught up with the recording. When you sign up for Part 2, you will automatically be sent the recording for Part 1.
- In order to attend both sessions you must sign up for them individually, thank you!
