In this presentation, we will explore some of the key topics of The Equitable Hiring Guide, which is designed to teach readers how to infuse equity into their hiring practices, with tips on how to structure hiring processes that work well for all stakeholders involved. This workshop is for anyone involved in hiring, from EDs and senior leaders to earlier career professionals who are looking to ensure that the hiring they do is fair and inclusive.
